ATC1750 has been designed to significantly exceed steel on steel friction coefficient and the very long anti shudder durability requirements of Japanese OEMs such as Toyota/Aisin (Toyota TC), Nissan/JATCO (NS-2), Honda (HMMF) and Mitsubishi (CVTF-J1),etc. ATC1750 is especially recommended for CVT equipped with slip-controlled torque converter clutch applications. ATC1750 is recommended to be used in all of the push belt type CVT. However, it is not recommended to be used in chain type CVTs such as Audi Multitronic or Subaru Lineartronic (tests pending) and in power split type CVTs which is equipped with
Toyota Prius because it has not been validated in these CVTs.

ATC1141 is recommended at the following treat rates in suitable base stocks to formulate high-quality,non-API motor oils meeting the requirements of a variety of API service levels.
ATC1145 contains ashless dispersant, zinc dithiophosphate and metallic detergents. It provides excellent control of deposits, rust oxidation, bearing corrosion, wear and oil consumption in monograde and multigrade engine oils with non-dispersant VI improvers. It is designed for use in gasoline cars built in 2011 or older.
Recommended Dosage
Recommended treat rates range from 8.3 to 9.8 wt%
ATC1145 is formulated for use with non-dispersant VI Improver.
ATC1149 is a new additive technology designed to meet the latest ILSAC GF-5 and API SN industry requirements as well as the performance demands of the new GM dexos™ 1* specification in cost-effective formulations. ATC1149 is designed for the manufacture of all ILSAC and non-ILSAC viscosity grades in a wide range of industry basestocks in conjunction with VI improver (50 SSI). ATC1149 already contains a pour point depressant (ppd) and so no supplemental ppd should be necessary in order to meet low temperature properties of any of these grades ATC1149 can also be used to meet both ILSAC GF-5 and dexos™ 1 in an SAE 5W-30 grade using VI improver (35 SSI) in selected basestocks to meet the more severe Noack volatility demands of the dexos™ 1 specification.
Features
Robust technology that exceeds the demands of the new ILSAC GF-5 specification
Covers both API SN and API SN Resource Conserving license requirements
Approved against GM dexos™ 1 specification with no additive modifications, boost or changes in treat rate
ATC1150 is an API SF/CD DI package for use in PCMO and HDD
product lines. ATC1150 is designed for use with Group I base
stocks to formulate low-tier crankcase engine oils.
ATC1157 is a dispersant inhibitor package developed for
mainline heavy duty diesel engine oils. This package, when used
with our OCP VII, ATC1157, fully meets the API licensed
requirements of CJ-4/SN in both SAE 15W-40 and 10W-30
viscosity grades. In addition, the technology is fully approved
against a number of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs)
performance specifications in appropriate grades and base
stocks – including Caterpillar ECF-3, Cummins CES 20081, Detroit
Diesel Power Guard 93K218, Mack EO-O Premium Plus, Renault
VI RLD-3, Volvo VDS-4, and Ford WSS-W2C171-E specifications.

ATC1516 sulfonate detergent is a highly basic calcium
detergent that protects against high temperature deposits
and controls rust under low temperature operating conditions
in gasoline and diesel engine applications. ATC1516 is also used in marine oils due to its high rate of acid neutralization, water tolerance and excellent filterability. ATC1516 is suitable for use in a range of industrial lubricants and greases.
ATC1161 is a new additive technology designed to meet the
latest ILSAC GF-5 and API SN industry specifications in optimized
SAE 5W-30 & 10W-30 blends. ATC1161 is designed to be used in
conjunction with Olefin Co-polymer VI Improver (50 SSI) in
either EHC or Safety-Kleen Group II basestocks together with
Ultra S or Yubase Group III basestocks as required.
Features
Optimized treat-rate product meeting the latest ILSAC GF-5 specification in SAE 5W-30 & 10W-30 grades
Fully meets the license requirements of API SN resource conserving for these grades
ATC4113 multifunctional gear additive has been specifically
designed for base oils which are available at blend plants to
blend gear oils. ATC4113 multifunctional gear additive is
soluble in groups I, II, III & IV base oils. When compared to blends containing other GL-5 gear additives, ATC4113 multifunctional gear additive significantly reduces the levels of brightstock and other heavy base oils needed to attain viscometric targets and also significantly reduces or even eliminates the level of pour point depressant (PPD) required. Automotive and industrial oils formulated with ATC4113 multifunctional gear additive show exceptionally clean hardware following oxidation tests. This absence of any abrasive carbonaceous deposit will help to prevent seal erosion during service.
The exceptional performance of this package has been demonstrated in extensive laboratory and field tests.
ATC4125 is a top-treat additive for gear oils designed to impart frictional characteristics needed by limited slip axles. It has been optimized to bring the required friction performance needed in modern limited slip axles which otherwise would exhibit squawking or other noises discernable by
the driver. The product may be used as an aftermarket top-treat, or may be incorporated into the gear oil at the blend site.
ATC2000 Ashless Dispersant Succinimide is generally used with additive packages in lubricant
applications. It provides excellent low temperature sludge and varnish control in gasoline engines, and effective dispersancy in diesel engine, natural gas and marine cylinder lubricants.
ATC2001 Antifoam Additive is used as a foam preventative. Extremely small amounts of the fluid effectively controls foam in many processing operations, especially in lubricant oil systems. This product has low
toxicity and is essentially odorless. Treat rates required depend on base oil quality and weight of oil being treated, as heavier grades typically produce more foam. Typical treat rates of 5-10 ppm in the finished fluid are required. It is essential that the antifoam additive is well dispersed in the medium for proper activity to occur. Pre-dilution in a solvent may assist in dispersion. Higher levels of treat may create haze in the finished fluid.
ATC3316 Metalworking Screw Machine Oil Package is designed for the formulation of premium quality metalworking screw machine oils. In addition to providing corrosion and oxidization protection, ATC3316
package allows the formulations of chlorine, sulfur and phosphorous with the performance required for screw machine applications.
